Buying instrument making materials over the internet can be risky. Tonetech want to remove that risk by making you a promise. If you are not satisfied with the products we send you we will either replace them or refund your money, whichever you choose. If we ask you to return a product, we will pay for the postage.

If you order the wrong product by mistake, please return the product and we’ll send you an alternative of your choice or give you a refund.
