Diamond honing File for Fret Levelling August 2010
This substantial flat steel plate is coated with 300 grit diamond abrasive and is ideal for levelling frets. It has many more used around the workshop and should last a lifetime. 8" x 2.75" surface.

EMR Shielding Paint August 2010
Electric guitar makers know the value of shielding the controls and pick-ups from EMR (Electro-magnetic Radiation). EMR causes noise, hiss and hums so a good quality shielding paint is essential. We have a carbon based, water borne shielding paint available in 3 sizes, 125mls, 250mls and 500mls. Paint a couple of coats on with a brush and when dry your control and pick-up cavities are shielded.
Preval Spraying System. August 2010
These portable compressed gas spraying units are ideal for guitar finishing or touch up spraying. The aerosol power unit compresses the air space in the glass holding vessel and forces the liquid up through a central dip tube and spray nozzel. Each power unit will spray up to 470mls of liquid. Ideal for use with our KTM-9 waterborne lacquer, or with our Nitro-Cellulose lacquers and paints.
Carroll Drum Sanders July 2010
Drum sanders are ideal for sanding smooth curves on the guitar waist and around the headstock. This range of drum sanders is 75mm high with 25mm, 50mm and 75mm diameter available. Carrol's quick cam change mechanism ensures you can switch paper grades easily.
Electric Guitar Kit June 2010
High spec Japanese made electric guitar kits for the beginner. These kits contain shaped parts and components ready for you to assemble. The headstock is a "paddle" shape enabling you to create your own distinctive headstock shape. Comes complete with instructions. You will need some rudimentary tools for assembly.

Paddle headstock necks enable you to customise the headstock to your own design. These necks are shaped and sanded and just need your headstock design and lacquer to finish them. they are compatible with the pre-shaped guitar bodies

Radiussed Sanding Blocks and Self Adhesive Sand Paper. (June 2010)
We now have a range of double sided radiussed sanding blocks. You can buy them individually or as a set. As the blocks are double sided they are better value form money than buting individual blocks. We also have a range of 3 abrasive papers with self adhesive backing to use with the blocks.

Guitar Bodies (March2010)
We have two styles of guitar body available. A single cutaway or T-Style, and a double cutaway or S-Style. Both are fully routed and sanded ready for finishing and adding the hardware.
Fingerboard Blanks and Headstock Plates.
We've added Ovangkol fingerboards to our range and Madagascar Rosewood and Ovangkol Headstock faceplates.
Replacement Bridge Blanks. (March2010)We have 3 shaped and ready to use bridge blanks, two Martin Style in Ebony and rosewood, and one Classical Style in Indian Rosewood.
Purfling and Bindings (March 2010)We've introduced some plastic purflings. We have a black /white, black/white black, and white/black/white. They are 1.5mm tall and each colour is 0.5mm in width.
After getting a number of requests to stock Ivoroid Binding we now have it in stock. It is 6mm high, 2mm thick and 1.6 metres long.

- To save on postage you can arrange to collect your order. Order via the website and choose the "collection" shipping option, or phone with your order and let us know you'd like to collect. We'll arrrange a convenient collection time with you.
Shipping Costs.

The shipping prices are calculated from the weight of the items purchased, plus the weight of the box, and will include the cost of the packaging. This calculation is made when you checkout and before you pay. For orders which fall below the 2 kg weight range there will be Royal Mail First Class Post options. Royal Mail targets 1-3 days delivery time but can sometimes take longer.
Royal Mail prohibits items containing paints, aerosols, and liquids over 150mls.
Courier Service.
We use FedEx for all paint products, aerosols, and liquids over 150mls. You also have the option of using FedEx for any order and the typical transit time for FedEx is one day. Orders over 2kgs are more economically priced by FedEx. There is one fixed price for all orders weighing up to 25 kgs for most
FedEx services to the more remote parts of the
International.

Welcome to our new look website. We’ve refreshed the appearance and added some ‘behind the scenes’ improvements to iron out some niggles.
The top menu bar gives you access to information and a quick way into the shop. The side menu bar has all the shop categories so you can start browsing from there.

The luthier forum has been upgraded so you can now choose to follow particular categories from the front page menu.
